Meals and drinks are not included in the rental rate.

You will need US dollars cash to pay gratuities, the driver, the fisherman, the vegetable man and all small purchases and some activities such as yoga, spa treatments etc.  There are safes in all bedrooms.

It is suggested for you to work out a menu plan with our cook the day after you arrive and she will go to the local market and stock up on your groceries for the week. This is a very simple procedure as she has had much experience in catering to visitors and has many recommendations to make your selection easy. She will know what you would need for the week and brings back receipts to account for all your purchases. At the end of the week she presents all receipts to reconcile accounts for purchases.

• approx $55-65 /day adult = $385 - $455 per adult per week – for children budget slightly less.

Shrimp, Lobster, Imported Beef and additional alcohol may increase your budget.

FOR A LOCAL EXPERIENCE

You may like to travel to the local market with the cook into Browns Town or Discovery Bay otherwise she can do the shopping in a taxi as you relax at the villa. Fresh fish, Lobster and Conch can often be had from the passing fishermen depending on the season. she will always negotiate the best price for you.
