PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & DAMAGE DEPOSIT POLICY

RATE POLICIES

A 7-night, full-house rate is required for all holiday weeks which include Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

Check in: 3:00 pm - Check out: 11:00 am

SECURITY DEPOSIT 

A $1,000 damage deposit is required which will be refunded promptly when you return home if no damage occurs during your stay. The definition of Damages includes extraordinary cleaning beyond normal routine. 

A 25% deposit confirms a reservation. Balance is due 60 days before travel. No refunds for cancellations are made within 60 days prior to scheduled occupancy. For cancellations 61 or more days prior to scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits less a 20% cancellation fee.

For Thanksgiving week a 50% deposit confirms a reservation. Cancellations made 91 or more days prior to scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits less a 20% cancellation fee. 

 

For Christmas and New Year's week requires a 50% deposit as well an earlier final payment deadline. Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits less a 20% cancellation fee.
