SEA GRAPES VILLA FACT SHEET 2020-2021
LOCATION
We are located 45 minutes from the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
From the airport go east (veer left) along the coast road to Discovery Bay.
Turn left after the Puerto Seco Beach Club (and before the Post office) onto Fortlands Road.
Drive to the second to last house on left. Sea Grapes sign is on the gate post.
ROOMS
6 bedrooms total (12 guests maximum). All with A/C, fans, and en-suite bathrooms.
Three bedrooms are in the villa, and three bedrooms are in the cottage.
VILLA
Room 1 - Master with king bed (upstairs). En-suite bathroom with modern shower and vanity. A view of the Caribbean Sea and grounds and the pool.
Room 2 – Second master room with king bed (upstairs) en-suite bathroom with shower over tub and vanity. A view of the Caribbean Sea and garden through french doors to small private balcony.
Room 3 - Two twin beds which can be made up as a king bed (ground floor) en-suite bathroom with modern shower and vanity. Room with a view of the Caribbean Sea and pool across the garden.
COTTAGE
Three rooms in the casual cottage are air conditioned with fans and have en-suite showers

MEALS and DRINKS
Meals and drinks are not included in the rental rate.
We usually pre-stock for the first few days and then you discuss menus and shopping with our experienced cook.
Some of our guests like to market with her, and some prefer a complete holiday.
You may send a shopping list as detailed or as brief as you wish but your preference for the first dinner and breakfast is useful to know.
We will pre-stock for you, including soft drinks, beer, wine and liquor.
Be sure to tell us your preferences and amounts.
Please let us know if there are any special items you need or if there are dislikes or allergies we need to be aware of.
We can do lots of vegetarian, lots of local and international flavours, all home-style.
We try to get fish from the fishermen, chicken from small farmers.
All purchases come with detailed written bills to be settled the day before departure.
Please note - You will need US dollars cash to pay gratuities, the driver, the fisherman, the vegetable man and all small purchases and some activities such as yoga, spa treatments etc.There are safes in all bedrooms. The supermarket bill may be settled by credit card.
CHECK IN and CHECK OUT
Check-in at 3pm and check out at 11am. Early check-in or late check-out by special arrangement.

GRATUITIES
We suggest 10% in the high season and 15% in the low season.
TRANSPORT
We can book your transfer from the airport to the villa.
The round trip rate is: $160 for 1-4 persons plus $40 for each additional guest.
Please add 15% tip to all rates.

These prices includes round trip airport transfers.
RATES FOR LONG DISTANCE TOURS
Kingston 1-4 pax - $400 plus $40 for each additional guest. (exclude toll)
Negril 1-4 pax - $500 plus $50 for each additional guest.

CAR RENTAL
Cars and vans can be hired at the airport on arrival. Jamaica has most of the international rental companies and can be pre-booked online prior to your arrival.
Please note driving in Jamaica is on the LEFT which may be challenging!
THINGS TO DO ON PROPERTY
Our villa comes equipped with kayaks, paddle boards and floats.
Snorkeling is enjoyable as the villa is situated on a marine park. Keen snorkelers - there is some excellent equipment provided.
The villa also has a swimming pool, a beach (we supply beach towels), tennis court with rackets (we do not supply balls), a basketball hoop, volleyball, table tennis, indoor games, scooters.
We have smart TVs in the villa bedrooms and a large TV in the living room.
Mani-Pedis, Massages, Hair braiding, Yoga lessons and Tennis Pro can be arranged on request.
THINGS TO DO OFF PROPERTY
There are many tourist attractions in the area. All very enjoyable.
We especially recommend a day at Good Hope Estate with Chukka Caribbean. Here you can enjoy history, culture and adventure.
Golf is available. Wonderful courses are in Montego Bay and Runaway Bay.
There is also the iconic Dunn’s River Falls in Ocho Rios. As our guest at Sea Grapes, free entry to the Puerto Seco Beach Club is available.

We have hair dryers in all bedrooms.
