Breakfast: 8:00 am-10:00 am

Toast, Jams and Jellies will always be served with breakfast.

Starters:

Fresh Juice, Blue Mountain Coffee and fresh fruit.

Main entree:

Choice of Eggs. Omeletes Waffles Pancakes served with Bacon and/or Sausages.

Other Choices:

A real Jamaican Breakfast of Ackee, Calaloo and Johnny Cakes.

Lunch: 12:00 pm-1:00 pm

Light Lunch:

Jerk Chicken and Festival with Salad.

Dessert:

Fresh Fruits, Brownies and Blue Mountain Coffee.

Other Choices:

You may consider to create an elaborate seafood experience of: Steamed Fish, Bammy, and Rice and Peas.

Dinner: 6:00 pm-7:30 pm

Starters:

Pepper Pot served with Bread or Salad

Main entree:

Curried Shrimp served with Calaloo, Fried Plantain and Rice and Peas.

Wine:

Served with chilled White Wine

Dessert:

Caramel Custard, Ice Cream and Blue Mountain Coffee

On arrival the villa is prestocked with food and drinks to serve approximately two days. After a welcome drink or two and whatever light snacks you may call on, the evening meal will be served.
This starter meal has been used consistently for our guests and will be served unless otherwise instructed.

It is suggested for you to work out a menu plan with Kurline the day after you arrive and she will go to the local market and stock up on your groceries for the week. This is a very simple procedure as Kurline has had much experience in catering to visitors and has many recommendations to make your selection easy. Kurline will know what you would need for the week and brings back receipts to account for all your purchases.

Budget Estimate

Kitchen supplies are prepurchased to provide meals and drinks for the first 2 days. Please meet with Kurlene on your second day to complete the week's shopping At the end of the week, Kurlene presents all receipts to reconcile accounts for purchases.

Pre Paying For Supplies

You may prepay for your groceries and have your kitchen stocked for when you arrive. Topping up your stock is always possible when you are at Seagrapes.To do this, simply calculate:

$140 /week /child

Add $25 as a handling fee then add this figure to your villa rental fee. This payment is required 60 days prior to travel. There will be a form when you enter our "BOOKING" area for you to add:

preferences for your shopping list

and other requests.

Fresh fish, lobster and conch can often be had from the passing fishermen depending on the season.
